Ms. Jennifer McDonald
 
Ms. Jennifer McDonald joined the Agency in July 2007 and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She is responsible for all operations of the Agency ranging from Passport operations, Immigration operations and Corporate Services operations.





Mr. Cecil Bailey
 
Mr. Cecil Bailey joined the Agency in January 2008 and holds the position of Deputy CEO for Corporate Services. Under his direct portfolio, Mr. Bailey is responsible for the Human Resource Unit, Finance and Planning Unit, Administration Unit and Information and Technology Unit.

 




Mr. Garth Williams
 
Mr. Garth Williams joined the Agency in January 2008 and holds the position of Deputy CEO for Operations. Under his direct portfolio, Mr. Williams is responsible for the Immigration Services Unit, Passport Services Unit, Citizenship Services Unit and Investigation and Surveillance Unit.





Mrs. Amy Johnson-lynch
 
Mrs. Amy Johnson-Lynch joined the organization in September 2001 as an Immigration Officer, and has moved up the ranks, currently holding the position of Director of Passport Services.



 
Mrs. Carol Saunders-Hammond
 
Mrs. Saunders-Hammond joined the organization in September 2001 as the Director Citizenship Services. She is currently assigned as the Director for Customer Service.



Mrs. Suzette Whyte-Boothe
 
Mrs Whyte-Boothe joined the Agency in June 2008 and holds the position of Director of Finance and Planning. Under her portfolio, she is responsible for all the Agency’s finances, budgeting and corporate planning for the Agency.



Mrs. Sandra Logan-Bruce
 
Mrs. Logan-Bruce joined the Agency in 2008 and holds the position of Director of Administration. Under her portfolio, she is responsible for all the Agency’s assets, procurement and transportation services.




Mrs. Jennifer Robinson Ricketts
 
Mrs. Robinson Rickets joined the Agency in 2010 and holds the position of Director Human Resource.
