Vision statement of the agency:
The PICA will be a self-financing, performance based institution that holds responsibility for the administration of Jamaica’s immigration, citizenship and passport laws, regulations and policies.
- We will be a service oriented organization efficiently delivering outputs that meet the expectations of Jamaicans, foreign nationals and interfacing agencies, treating all stakeholders in a fair and ethical way by sharing information and applying the relevant laws and policies, thus contributing to the overall development and security of the nation.
