No-visa arrangement in place for Panamanian and Venezuelan Nationals visiting JA

Effective Wednesday December 28, 2011, Panamanian and Venezuelan nationals travelling to Jamaica for tourism, cultural exchanges and short-term business engagements can visit for a maximum of thirty (30) days without a visa.
This facility is in place for four months and will expire on Saturday April 28, 2012.
Panamanian and Venezuelan nationals who will be visiting the island for longer periods, for example; to study or to take up an employment offer, are required to obtain a visa at the nearest Jamaican Consulate prior to their arrival.
