Customer Service Award 2015
PICA stole the show last Friday (October 9) by copping three awards and a first runner-up spot at the 2015 Public Sector Customer Service Competition. The function was held at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel in Kingston. As the spotlight fell on the Agency, PICA’s accomplishments shone bright like a star amidst strong competition from other public sector entities. The awards included:
- Most Creative Entity
- Most Socially Aware Entity
- Best Modernized Entity
- 1st runner up Most Improved Entity
